When my daughter was born, I started the tradition of making
a craft for the grandmas in her life for Mother’s Day. Now that I have a
toddler, she’s more involved in the craft and I wanted to share this year’s
masterpiece to give you all a DIY idea!
This year, we made birdhouses. I bought some wooden houses
from a local craft store and painted them white as a base. Then, I let my
toddler have at it. At first she wanted pink paint, then picked purple.
The houses were missing some pizazz, so we added some gems I
had around the house (left over from my wedding 8 years ago!).
To pull everything together, I added some tags with a bow!
Simple, right!?
